Dining services have been developing over the years. Customers came to purchase some wine,we had some talk, both parties enjoyed this. Dobosi winery in its current form is not just about our family anymore, but about our region, preserving and honoring local treasures and values. Local families produce all those fine foods that is served besides our wines, representing the special flavors that are specific for the Balaton Uplands. In strong co-operation with them we believe that we inherited our surrounding nature to wisely utilize its resources, but never exploit it for short term goals. Each year we invest significantly into the facilities that make our guests stay even more enjoyable. This philosophy led us to the decision to run our business based on organic methods. Foods and wine that we serve combined with the clear Balaton Uplands air guarantee real recreation and rest.

We charge a 10% service fee for our locally consumed food. Table reservation is required. In the absence of a forward reconciliation, we can keep the tables for up to 20 minutes from the seized date.
Kóbor tour is initiated by 4 wineries and a restaurant in the Balaton Uplands. Our goal is to introduce our beautiful, mediterranean Nivegy-valley, local high quality wines and regional food variety. Each Friday our 'wine-shuttle' transport our guest from cellar to cellar. we offer 3-3 wines at each family owned cellar and close the event at 'Zsóka guesthouse' with the wines of the forth winery.
